Breaking News!!!

Hello fellow fanfic lovers!!!

Just wanted to give you guys some EXCITING news!!!  First off, with 73% of the votes, it has been decided that the newest addition to this blog will be the K-drama and J-drama recommendation page!!! And there will be an upcoming addition, also, but I'll leave that tid bit for later.  2nd and most exciting of all is....Solangel (author of Conversations Between Us, Banana Pancakes, and Love Buggged... just to name a few) has agreed to do an interview with me!!! ***Happy Dance!!! Please get your questions in ASAP so I can send it off to one of Soompi's greatest writers!!! Thanks for all of your help!

The Dynamic Trio

Hey Fanfic Lovers!

Today,I will be doing something different with this blog post. No, it's still not the BFF of the Month, but I think this is the best thing to do now. I have been meaning to acknowledge the efforts of some authors on Soomp! that have truly gained my loyalty as their fan. I created this blog to show appreciation to the unrecognized authors in the cyber world.  I believe that these authors deserve to be recognized for their ability to capture so much attention on an ever growing social networking site like Soomp!  Their talents have surpassed, in my opinion, some of those who have been given publishing opportunities. And their imaginations have taken us to different parts of the world and have made a place in our hearts.  In 2010, these authors made their mark on Soomp! as, what I like to call, the Dynamic Trio.  Many of you have either read or heard of these authors through the grapevines. Stories, such as Banana Pancakes, Welcome to the Underworld, and The Tale of EverFire, have been the talk of most Soomp! fanfic lovers, including myself.  Without further ado, I would like to finally announce 2010's Best Fanfic Authors:

Solangel, Nuna501, and Con.Template

For those of you who are not familiar with these authors.... WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN??? lol Just kidding! Anyway if you guys are unfamiliar with these authors, you can check them out on Soomp! I will provide the links at the end of this post! These three are by far my top 3 favorite authors point.blank.period. I have other favorites that I have mentioned throughout this blog, however, there are certain aspects about these authors that makes me favor them the most. All three of them communicate with their followers and respond to their messages and notes. They are very humble about their work. And their punctuation, grammar, and articulation skills are PERFECT! lol On behalf of all of the fans of the Dynamic Trio, I would like to say Thank You for gracing us with your talents and giving us the opportunity to read your stories!

Hello Fanfickers!!!


Yes, I'm back again with a Blast from the past. It's actually a story I just finished a day ago, but it was awarded Soompi's 2008 Fic of the Year award. It's author is still thriving very well with her award winning fics and has touched the hearts of fanfickers all over the world. This blog would not be complete if I did not recommend her stories to you! This month's Blast from the Past features:

My thoughts and comments on this story can never describe it in the manner that it deserves. However, I will do my best to lure you all to read this masterpiece. The award winning author, Solangel, is a very blessed and talented person and she demonstrates that dutifully throughout Banana Pancakes.


Compared to her other stories, this story has sincerely taken me on such an emotional roller coaster that I had to put it down for a little while to recuperate. I felt somewhat nostalgic while reading this story. I'm not old, but I'm not in high school anymore. So while reading parts of this story I started to reminisce on my adolescent and drama filled years. Although this is a work of fiction, Solangel does well to give her audience a common ground in which we can truly get a sense of familiarity with the characters, settings, and plot. What I personally love about this story is that Solangel does well to tell us the character's story within her story. The readers are never left hanging and wondering where in the world did that come from??!!! Such a clear cut story perfectly created to entice anyone with a good imagination to indulge in.


Synopsis:


Kim SuVy... she could be described as just the typical high school rich girl growing up in Seoul, South Korea.  In fact, one could very well say that she could be classified as the hole in the wall that no one sees. That's if she didn't have her BFF, partner in crime, and personal punching bag, also known as Lee Dongmin. That and the fact that she's an up and coming model with a golden heart and pretty gray eyes.  SuVy and Dongmin have been friends for about 13 years of constant bickering and fighting.  However, nothing has been able to shake their friendship until one day some two new kids transfer to their school.  Unforseen drama erupts in the lives of SuVy and Dongmin to the extent that their friendship and their lives are placed on the line of survival or extinction. Challenges between a friendship that has prolonged literally through thick and thin will be tested. Will their friendship stand through times' changes? Or will they forever be Banana Pancakes? What I'm Reading!!!

Hey Fanfic Lovers!!!

I'm back to let you guys know what good stories I'm reading right now! There are a lot of stories because most of them haven't been completed yet! But rest assured once I have finished them off I'll let you know how I felt about them! I'm working on getting some inerviews done with the authors of these amazing stories, but I ask that you give me some time to get that done! In fact, if you guys can help out with some of the questions that would be great! What do you guys want to know about the authors?? Any specifc questions that you've been dying to know? Simple Update

Hey Fanfic Lovers!!!

I know I've been gone for so long,  but my internet hasn't been working for a while! So I'm going to try to post everything via phone. Unfortunately, I won't be able to doll up the posts.  However, as long as I can keep you guys entertained and interested that is that will be needed! I am currently reading Almost Lover by Nuna501. She is an amazing author who is aspiring to get her work published. I discovered her work on Soompi and her chapters are nothing short of amazing! Although the story is not yet done, I suggest you guys start following her, if you are a part of Soompi of course. Nuna501 gives her audience a bit of comedy, romance, and a tad bit of suspense! Nothing short of AMAZING is how I would rate it!



I am also reading Love Bugged by the four time winner of Fiction of the Year on Soompi, Solangel. Two words to describe this story: PURE GENIUS!!! I'm sure a lot of you have heard about Solangel. And if you haven't... you are not a true fanficker! Lol Just kidding! I've read almost all of her fics and I know that she deserves all of her awards! Conversations Between Us, The Joy of Being Happy and Banana Pancakes are the stories that have captured the hearts of fanfickers everywhere. And now she's back from her hiatus to start back up with where she left off in her action packed, romantic thriller. 

I'll be back to let you know what else I'm getting my hands on because these two stories are still ongoing!! Thanks for holding in there you guys!!!

Our favorite fanfic writer is continuing with her story "Love Bugged"!!! Of course this story will be a part of my B.F.F. because she NEVER disappoints!!!
